Bills that read themselves.

Upload a bill or send it on WhatsApp. It comes back as a checked draft beside the bill itself, and a person posts it.

Send it the way it came.
From the app, the phone camera or WhatsApp.

Drop in PDFs, photos and scans, several at a time. On WhatsApp, forward the bill to Edernal: it reacts the moment it has it, then replies with the amount, the date and the supplier, and a button to review it.

  • PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 20 MB a file
  • A PDF of many pages reads as one bill
  • Own several businesses? Pick one, or name it in the caption
  • Sent to the wrong business? Move it without reading it again

Read line by line.
Then checked against the bill and your books.

The AI reads the supplier and their GSTIN, your GSTIN, the bill number, the date and the place of supply, and every line with its HSN or SAC, quantity, rate, taxable value and GST rate.

The draft opens beside the bill itself. Anything that doesn’t hold is flagged on the line it belongs to, never quietly corrected.

What it checks. Before anyone sees the draft.

  • Totals that don’t add up

Lines are added and compared with the printed taxable value, tax and grand total.

  • GSTINs that don’t hold

A bad checksum, a state that doesn’t match the GSTIN, a buyer GSTIN that isn’t yours, or a place of supply that looks wrong.

  • Bills already in the books

The same supplier and bill number, or the same date and total, as a posted bill. The same file sent twice.

  • Dates that look wrong

A date after today, more than a year back, or inside a month your CA has locked.

  • Rates you don’t use

A GST rate that doesn’t match one of your tax codes.

  • Not a bill at all

A photo of something else, two bills in one file, or a field the AI couldn’t read.

A person posts it.
And the bill stays with the entry.

The supplier is matched by GSTIN, or created from it with the PAN and state filled in. Accounts are suggested from that supplier’s past bills. An owner or accountant reviews the draft and posts it. Nothing posts by itself.

The posted bill keeps its original file one click away, and every correction made before posting is on record.

  • Lines that match an item add stock when the bill posts
  • Your CA opens the same bill and the same file
  • AI reading stays off until the owner turns it on

Questions about bills

Does the AI post bills by itself?

No. It reads the bill, checks the draft and flags what is off. An owner or accountant posts it, and can change anything first.

What can I send?

PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 20 MB, from the app or on WhatsApp. A PDF of many pages is read as one bill.

What if a bill can’t be read?

It’s marked, with the reason. Try it again, or enter it by hand. Bills you enter by hand are never counted.

How many bills can the AI read?

300 a month on Books, 1,500 on Books Pro and 4,500 on Books Max. Add 100 more for ₹149 in any month.

Who can post bills?

The owner and accountants. Your CA reads every bill and its file but never posts.
