Pricing questions

Is the price per business?

No. One price per owner covers every business you own, all your staff and your CA.

When do I start paying?

Not during the pilot. Paid plans start in April 2027, and founding businesses get 50% off their first year.

Do prices include GST?

No. 18% GST is added, and you get a GST invoice.

Is there a limit on members?

No. Add your whole team on any plan. CA logins are free too.

Which plan is right for me?

Books covers about 300 bills a month. Pro reads five times as many and adds WhatsApp messages to you and your customers. Max reads fifteen times as many, on our smartest AI. Enterprise runs on its own instance, in our cloud or on your servers.

Is there a limit on bills?

No. Bills, invoices and entries you enter yourself are unlimited on every plan. Only bills the AI reads for you count toward the monthly reads.

What if I need more bill reads?

Add a pack of 100 for ₹149. If you need packs every month, the next plan up costs less.

Can I use Claude or ChatGPT with my books?

Yes, on every plan. Connect Edernal over MCP and ask your books from the AI you already use. It is read-only, follows each person’s role, and never uses your Ask questions.

Do WhatsApp messages cost extra?

Sending bills in, and our replies, are included on every plan. Messages we send for you, like your daily summary and reminders to your customers, start on Books Pro, because each one costs us money to send.

Does my CA pay?

No. CA logins are free on every plan and never counted.
